My point of view comes from years close to the work: streaming platforms, data lakes, governance frameworks, cloud delivery, executive assessments, and teams trying to make difficult modernization choices under real constraints.

I help organizations make sense of AI, data, and cloud decisions when there are many possible paths and each one carries cost, risk, and organizational consequences. I am comfortable with the boardroom version of the conversation, but I care just as much about what the engineering team will have to build on Monday.
