My point of view comes from years close to the work: streaming platforms, data lakes, governance frameworks, cloud delivery, executive assessments, and teams trying to make difficult modernization choices under real constraints.

My work is about turning complexity into direction.

I help organizations make sense of AI, data, and cloud decisions when there are many possible paths and each one carries cost, risk, and organizational consequences. I am comfortable with the boardroom version of the conversation, but I care just as much about what the engineering team will have to build on Monday.

I started close to the machinery

Large-scale streaming, data transfer across 150 on-premise servers, Java and Scala ETL, open-source clusters, monitoring, and AWS migration planning.

Architect

I moved into platforms, governance, and delivery systems

Azure data lakes, metadata management, Terraform modules, CI/CD, platform governance, Databricks enablement, and lakehouse delivery standards.

Now I help leaders make technology decisions executable
